Plums will always remind me of my Oma's backyard – Pulling them down from her tree while dancing around the overly ripe ones that had already fallen. Biting into that perfectly purple flesh. As a tribute to that memory, we soaked our bone-dry Gravenstein cider with fresh Italian plums to create a hard cider that's as pretty as it is delicious.
