Deseeding a pomegranate is both an art and a science - the range of preferred methods is far and wide. Martha Stewart even has an opinion on the matter! We just pick, poke and smash, then soak them in our Janogold hard cider, rich in tannis. It's a lot dryer than you'd expect and higher in ABV, just how we like it.
