It's not often that we get our hands on rare apples like these. Sophia & Julia both feature a mix of Frequin Rouge, Reine des Pommes, Wickson, and Geevenston Fanny.  For a little added depth, we infused Julia with fresh cut Doug Fir, harvested from Discover Park in Seattle. The tannins are pretty amazing and the complexities that came out during fermentation are 👌
